[FS] Letterbox Mode

Description:
This is a filterscript which allows you to toggle letterbox mode on or off.
More info is included in the readme.
Warning: Letterbox mode may not display correctly on a resolution higher than 1024x768.
Commands:
'/lbhelp' = Letterbox Mode Help
'/lbon' = Letterbox Mode On
'/lboff' = Letterbox Mode Off
